In my previous posting I leveled some harsh criticisms at your Xp operating system. I was upset; and, I apologize. For, you see, I spent a lot of money on a computer running your Xp, and it suddenly stopped recognizing my new digital camera which also cost a lot of money. I was convinced that your behind the scenes automatic 'updates' had messed things up. I hope it's understandable why I flew off like that.
I'm very pleased to announce that you seem to have solved the problem, probably with another behind the scenes automatic 'update'. And, for that I'm very appreciative and glad to extol your enormous concern for fixing problems and attending to customer satisfaction. Tonight I again tried the camera connection to your Usb2.0 port and, voila, you recognized my fine camera properly, with sure handed respect. If you have any other fine products for sale I'll be glad to support you with my purchases.
