That bridge is the local head scratcher, as they charge a toll to cross on the south side but let you travel to the rural north for free. Sorta like saying "Hey! You want to get to the bars and the Wal-Mart? Pony up, bucko." Never have figured that out.

and to think, all their efforts were to get to the other side! Well before the bridge was built.
