Found an 'emblem' this morning, freshly painted on a clean rock face along the King's, Indian Island trail. What a profound annoyance during an otherwise peacefully overcast Sunday!
A bit of CSI digital photo analysis revealed two obscure words 'Live-Love', now a permanent fixture for many walks to come. I searched the web and found references to various advocacy efforts identifying themselves with similar slogans. Also found a number of graphic designs, some resembling, but none identical to this splotch. Found nothing more specific than that.
What gives here? Does this not epitomize how easily an inoffensive message can instantly become offensive graffiti? This is a NATURE trail. (Is it o.k. for me to be really mad?)
